The theme of our open day this year at Memoria Kirkleatham is to remember our loved ones by lighting a floating candle on our beautiful memorial pond.
Remembering loved ones, can bring comfort and help us with bereavement. By coming together, you will be able to remember those happier times and light a candle in their memory and watch as the ornamental pond fills with twinkling lights.
This open day is open to everyone, perhaps you lost someone during the Covid pandemic and were not able to attend a funeral, then you may find that this event brings you some comfort.
After a short service and the lighting of candles, you will be invited to join us for some light refreshments, on what will hopefully be a lovely sunny afternoon.
